Viponds Self Adhesive Prep Coat has been especially formulated to enhance the adhesion of self adhesive digital prints onto internal and external surfaces. It is a low VOC water based paint that dries quickly with minimal odour. Available in Low Sheen and Semi Gloss sheen levels. The product can be tinted to an unlimited range including Pantone, RAL and Australian standards.

The Viponds Self Adhesive Prep Coat paint dries quickly under optimal conditions. It becomes touch dry in 30 minutes when the temperature is between 15°C and 25°C and humidity is below 50%. Recoating can be done after 2 hours.
For environments outside these conditions, such as higher humidity or temperatures above 30°C, drying times may need to be adjusted. The paint should cure for at least 24 hours before applying self-adhesive prints or vinyl to ensure the surface and the prints are prepared adequately for optimal adhesion.
